Name, email, and comment fields are required, all others are optional (if left blank they will not show up). The private message field is sent to me in an e-mail and not viewable to anyone else.
Extras: If you feel like it, you may add <b> (bold) and <i> (italic) tags in the Message and optional fields. In addition you may use <a> (link) and <span> (for styles) in the Message field. You will be able to preview your entry before adding it to my guestbook so you can fix any mistakes.
